Gary Bonneau

Gary is a life long resident of the Poconos after his family relocated from Brooklyn, NY in the mid-sixties. Gary was introduced to music from his brother's record collection with The Beatles igniting his early musical fire. Starting out on guitar, Gary switched to bass in 1988 when he joined TKO with Jim Gearhart. Gary's self-styled playing  and virtuosity kept him active on the local music scene with the bands Fools Mate, Guns For Hire, Ark of Puppets, Circle Walker, Higher Ground, Pieter Holland, and Eight Days Gone. After Eight Days Gone scored a record deal with Raging Grace Records in 2000, Gary toured the country and graced stages with Collective Soul, Shinedown, Puddle of MuddTea Party, and many more. During his recent search for a musical home, Gary found Who Knows, which was the perfect fit. He considers Who Knows as excellent professional musicians that possess a belief in family, friends, and providing a good time for all.

Saxophone, Former Band Member

ALLAN COOK

From an early age, music has always been a pillar in Allan's life, which earned him full music scholarships from the University of Tennessee and Middle Tennessee State University. Ultimately he decided to attend the world-renowned Berklee School of Music, majoring in composition and arranging. Beyond college programs, Allan participated in private music studies including stints with Dr. John Duke and Steve Young. Also during his time in Nashville, Allan performed on numerous commercial studio backups and acted as Vice Chairman for the Middle Tennessee Music Industry Students Association, which was sponsored by Nashville recording artist and producer, Tom T. Hall. Allan is proficient on all saxophones and flute, while perfecting the blend of those instruments with electronic sound processing to create "the one man horn section". Allan's sound is comparable to Glen Miller’s sax section or a Motown horn section.  In his musical journey, Allan has performed behind jazz feature artists, Kai Winding, Larry London, Bud Brisbois, and Don Sheffield. Allan performed musical entertainment for the Mario Andretti Driver of the Century Award Ceremony and the Miss Pennsylvania Pageant Ball. Signature gigs include opening for Bill Hailey’s Comets and closing for the world renowned Bethlehem Musikfest. Most recently, Allen played in the Poconos with Who Knows for several years before relocating to Tampa Florida, where he currently plays with a variety of musicians.
